service in Latin America. In the new curriculum, studied and evaluated by over 200
students, they stated three ultimate goals behind a rethinking of the method and
organization of the traditional Bible School format. We practice proficiency in
meditation, participation, and manifestation of Biblical Truth. We present the
incorruptible, unchangeable Word of God.

Rev. Dr. John and Rev. Dr. Dorothy ZulinskiJohn and Dorothy Zulinski are passionate ordained ministers and missionaries who have dedicated their lives to spreading the Gospel. Alongside their ministry, they are proud parents of three adult children who share in their heart for service. The Zulinski family has been deeply involved in mission work locally and internationally, focusing on outreach, training, and empowering others to spread God’s love. With nearly two decades of pastoral experience, John and Dorothy continue to lead and inspire others through their ministry, which includes international missions, community outreach, training believers at Regency Bible School and the development of the Shepherd’s House Ministry. Their family’s commitment to God’s work has made a lasting impact in the lives of many across the globe.

Known for her relational approach, she connects effortlessly with people from all walks of life, making them feel valued and heard. With an unwavering faith, she is committed to living out the teachings of Christ and spreading His message of hope and love through her words and actions. A dedicated mother and grandmother she is blessed with a large family that supports her ministry and shares in her vision to make an impact for God’s Kingdom. Whether she is teaching, leading prayer, visiting sick or simply reaching out to those in need, Rev. Leila remains a powerful witness of God’s love and grace.

Rev. Dr. Vinod JohnConstantly changing, serious joker, lazy researcher, internet and social media addict, and still trying to be what God want me to be through His grace. I love challenging status quo and provoking thinking. Seriously, though, I’m a trained and experienced missiologist with an earned PhD degree, an associate faculty, a lecturer and speaker, a church planter, a pastor, a husband to my beautiful bride of 25 years, and father of two loving and intelligent children.

I am married with four grown children, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. I am
currently living in Vulcan, Alberta, Canada with my wife Connie and our special needs son.
I just retired this year from teaching and as a principal after spending 50 years in
education, 29 years in public education and 21 years as principal of Hope Chris an
School and Hope Christian Online School.
All glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who made all of this possible. I have agreed to sit on the board of Regency Bible school as it is my desire to continue to work toward the Kingdom of our God.

I have been involved with Regency Bible School for approximately 4 years.
Attended Bible School and Graduated in 2024.
Involved in Outreach. Feeding the hungry, visiting the hospitals, street ministry, working in the Mission field. She went on my first Mission trip to Jamaica, July 2025. She has joined her colleagues to reach out to our northern churches, ministering to local and rural communities.
Tina has a heart for people and goes often into 'intercessory prayer'. I am ready to visit the hospitals and pray for the sick.
